Excorp Medical, Inc., established November 22, 1995, is a Corporation headquartered and registered in the state of Minnesota in the US. It has a Wholly Foreign Owned Entity (WFOE) in Wu’xi, JiangSu Province, China and a Wholly Foreign Owned Subsidiary (WFOS) in Hong Kong, China. Further locations are planned to include a joint venture, Shinva Excorp Bioscience Corp, Ltd., in Zibo, Shandong Province, China and a manufacturing facility, Loudi Excorp Manufacturing Company, Ltd., in Loudi, Hunan Province, China.

The near term goal of Excorp Medical, Inc. and its entities is to provide a profitable, cost effective, temporary liver assist system for patients in acute liver failure supporting a patient’s own liver regeneration or until a liver transplant can be performed.

Globally, our long term goal is to make this potentially life-saving, cost effective technology widely available on an expedited basis.
